How do I make reservations?

You may make a reservation by clicking the reservation button on this website. For reservations for parties of 6 and above, please message us at 0919-430-6144.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

For any concerns about your dietary restrictions you may indicate them upon fulfilling your reservation form at our reservation website. If in any circumstance that this step was not available to you, please message us your dietary restrictions no less than a day prior to your dinner at Hapag.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is strictly smart casual. No slippers, shorts, crocs, flip flops, or open-toed sandals for men.

How do I book for private dining events?

Should you wish to make a reservation for Private Dining Events, message us at 0919-430-6144.

What are your business/restaurant hours?

Business Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 2:00PM to 6:00PM
Restaurant Hours: Wednesday to Thursday, 6:00PM onwards; Friday to Sunday, 11:00AM and 6:00PM onwards

What are your modes of payment?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, GCash, and cash.

What are your policies regarding cancellation?

We have a strict no cancellation policy once down payment is made. Rescheduling is allowed provided that we are given 3 days prior notice.
